Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in scientific instruments, lab equipment, or industrial automation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
